How we operate

6 month and 12 month leases

Sigmon Rentals mission is to give a chance to renters who have had evictions on their record or do not currently qualify for the credit requirements to rent. As the COVID-19 pandemic left many people out of work, I hope to continue to give people an oppurtunity to build their rental history, offer insight to credit building, and provide quality service and care for the duration of their lease and after.

Sigmon Rentals has plans to expand into the public service domain. With the owner being a human service graduate at Forsyth Technical Community College, and currently working towards a social work degree, he plans to use these houses to give others a chance.
